Athletics Endurance Day

I spent Saturday 19th March 2011 in Carlisle on a UKAthletics Endurance day, tutor Stephen Pearson from Horwich RMI.

We covered a pretty wide range of topics.  The one that I found most thought provoking was the idea that you should link all training sessions to one of the three energy systems. Read more

Welcome to my new blog

Glad you managed to find this blog.

I’m planning to use this to keep a track of things that I do that are related to coaching.  I coach orienteering, fell-running and other running activities.  I have coaching qualifications in all of these (L2 for Fell running and S&C and old L3 for Orienteering), but I am more practised in some areas than others.
