Tuesday Running Club 10/5/11

18 Kids and 5 adult helpers.

20″ run along railway to warm up, then Bum Squeeze, High Knee and Carioca drills.  2 accelerations to finish warm up.

Split into pairs, fastest with slowest.  3 x 3 Parlauf with one ~400m leg, one ~150m leg.  Slower of pair did short leg 2 out of 3.

Warm down jog through park.

Good session, all kids pretty tired at end.  The drills are dificult to organise with so many kids at such very differing levels.  Perhaps we need to split them up into smaller, more manageable groups next time.
